Coming into college athletics, I had an 18-year-old’s limited perspective on what my mind and body were going to experience.
Rhi was instrumental in developing me as both a human being and an athlete throughout my first few years at Penn State.
She helped me come back stronger and fitter from a potentially devastating ACL injury my freshman year, while also instilling lifelong lessons in perseverance and enduring hard things.
Rhi was a game-changer for our team, pushing us all to an elite level and elevating the cherished Penn State Women’s Soccer culture.
From my physical development to my mental approach, I grew tremendously under her care and still, to this day, use what I learned from her in my professional career.!
